Rating PQ in Blu-rays

I gave up on caring "too much" about PQ.... (AQ is still very important) I read so many poor reviews about Reservoir Dogs, (not necessarily from this site) and I watched it on Blu for the 3rd or so time last night, and was just curious, and tossed in one of my 6 Reservoir Dogs DVDs (Mr. Blonde, Mr. Brown, Mr. Orange, Mr Pink, and Mr. White collector's editions, in addition to the "Special Edition" release..... and I gave one copy of it away )

Anyways..... I tossed in the Mr. Blonde edition actually, and I gotta tell you..... you can say this wasn't a good transfer etc., but it's got me thinking about picking up T2, Robocop, etc... that people have steered me away from, because the difference is so noticeable (and I don't care if I have to double dip later, because I would anyways probably) that for the low cost on these (due to the supposed bad transfers) I think the upgrade is worth it!

I always said I'd rely on my own opinion rather than reviews, but because of picking up other things from netflix, DVDs included, I just don't have time to give EVERYTHING the once over..... I got Reservoir Dogs immediately (before reading reviews) and I'm glad I did.... I'd hate to think I may have NOT upgraded this one based on some negative reviews.......

Same thing with Baron Munchausen, I heard mixed reviews, but loved the movie so I got it, and I gotta say.... I'm very happy with the AQ/PQ.

I know everyone will tell me T2 and Robocop were terrible transfers, but I think I might pick up Terminator, T2, and Robocop... because they were all eagerly upgraded in various versions of DVD, and I remember that "marginal" improvement gave me a lot of gratification, so I'm sure the blu-rays will be great.
