Default All2HD mode on Windvd 9 plus blu-ray

Hi,
I've just bought a blu-ray player for my pc with the windvd 9 plus blu-ray.
So far I was able to watch all the movies without any trouble until i tried all2hd mode.
i understand that this mode allows up-convert the SD quality to near HD quality (so no point of using it to blu-ray since blu-ray's standard resolution is 1080p) also increases frame rates from 24 upto 60 by calculating pixel movements.
I was able to use the motion plus with sd-dvd no problem, but how come it greys out when i pop my blu-ray disc into my player. I can't uncheck the "use the hardware acceleration" when blu-ray is in, but I can on sd-dvds.
I heard motion plus works more better with higher resolution movies especially with animated movies, and I want to try it out really bad.
Any help?

basic specs of my pc is:
Win Vista 64bit ultimate
intel e6750 oc'ed to 3.6
geforce 8800 gtx (plugged into my hd-tv 1080p via dvi-hdmi cable)
4 gig corsair memory @ 800mhz
p.s. all the drivers are up-to-date.

thanks in advance.
