Hey all, Is Sex In The City a chick flick or is it a movie any guy will love too? I know only WOMEN who have seen this movie and they all GUSH over it. So I need to know: Chick Flick or not? Thanks.

I've seen the entire show and also the movie with my wife.

If you liked the show then you'll probably like the movie as well. But if you never saw the show then you'll be lost since they forgo a lot of the background story.

For girly flicks I recommend "Under The Tuscan Sun," "Love, Actually" and "Down with Love." None of which are available on Blu-ray. Bummer.

Now let me put my testies back on.

What IRON MAN and THE DARK KNIGHT is to guys, SEX AND THE CITY is for women. I'm afraid of even seeing a second of this film out of fear that my Y chromosome will turn into an X. It's like that film in "Cigarette Burns", the first John Carpenter episode of MASTERS OF HORROR.
