Default Heroes Blu-Ray, U-Control causing choppy playback?

Hi. I am having an issue with the new Heroes BD and U-Control. When it gets to a section where there is more than 1 PiP option available on the disc (EG. PiP commentary AND Hero Illustration), the playback starts to get very choppy.

I have tried using both Cyberlink 7 and WinDVD9, both have the same issue. I don't think it is my hardware because I am running two ATI 4870s Crossfired and have a Quad core overclocked to 3.2.

I tried the discs on my PS3 and it works fine without the stuttering.

Yeah, both Windvd9 and Powerdvd 7 have profile 1.1.

PiP works fine, but the stuttering and choppy playback only happens when there is more than one PiP option available... such as the PiP commentary and heroes connection.

It also only happens when I enable the PiP. If PiP is off, the disc plays fine. And even PiP plays fine as long as only one PiP option is playing.

To turn off the annoying display bar when you pause the picture on Heroes? I've noticed the display bar seems to pop up on some discs now, (Disney for one) which would make grabbing screenshots and vidcaps a problem....
