I enjoyed too. It is a romance/action movie. It kinda sad at the end. Love the song. Let me know about the PQ/AQ. Thx

Blu-Ray

PQ: (4/5) The details are excellent in this movie. However, throughout the movie, I see lots of edge-enhancement, which caused minus .5 on IQ. Also, I took off another .5 because the color really lack the pop. It seem quite desaturated. Green is not green, rather, it is pale green. Same with skintone, everyone skin look pale, greenish. Just very unnatural looking and dull. AND YES, the Mei-Ah logo does show up every once awhile on the upper left hand corner.

AQ: (4/5) Again, I'm using a 5.1 system for sound. I sampled both the Canto LPCM 7.1 and DTS-HD Master 7.1 track. Both are quite similar with DTS-MA being more bass heavy.

For this movie, I prefer DTS-HD Master 7.1 track, as it is more heart pounding and engaging track when compare to LPCM 7.1. I took off 1pt for it AQ is because throughout the movie, the music tend to overtake all other sound. There was not much of ambiance sound present because of the loud music, even when they were in the forest, I can only barely hear the bird in the background. The music can be so loud that I can't hear what the actor was saying. In addition, the music can be so extreme that it can overcome even the action scene. The mix is really all over the place for this one. However, when the sound were mixed correctly on a certain scene, it does sound very nice. I especially enjoyed the sound of arrows flying around the forest. It really make me feel like as if I'm the arrow. The sword clashing is decent, nothing to scream about. When Kelly and Leon start singing the main themesong, it does sound very beautiful. Overall, I feel that 4/5 is probably best describe this soundtrack.
