Does anyone know what the current dual layer movies that are currently available?

There are so many DL releases these days, that there would be too many to list them all in this thread. I would take a look at www.highdefdigest.com . Within all of the different reviews he lists the codec and disc specifications.

Is there something on the package or disc that tells you if it is dual layer or not?

Fox/MGM are the only ones I know of that extensively state the specs of the discs. They list video codec and it's average bitrate, audio codecs, and disc capacity on the back.

I think know the quesion would be how many movies are still coming out on 25gb because it does not seem like that many.

It definately seems like BD-50 is quickly becoming the norm, but there are still a decent amount of titles that are coming out on BD-25. It seems that recently, its been FOX/MGM and Lionsgate that has been using BD-25. Sony and Disney seem to always release on BD-50.

If you flip the disc over and look at the inner ring, there will be one barcode for BD-25 and two for BD-50.
