Sony SSF-6000

Does anyone out there have these speakers? I only know of one other person that does. If so, care to comment, how do you like them. I am curious as to others opinions on them. Oh, and what center are you running?

I have older model Sony SS speakers (as seen in my setup).

I really like them. For the price they are great. I bet the 6000's are even better.

Brettday has them and he says he loves them, I have the F5000 and I think that they are awesome. Personally do not understand why everyone hates on Sony speakers. I hear a difference with my dads B&W's but I can't spend that kind of cash, and he even thinks my speakers sound great.

I also have the ssf5000's - I think they're great for the price and sound excellent compared to the yamaha 5.1 in-a-box setup that I changed out. I'm currently running the 5000's for my main fronts, with 5000's for my surrounds as well, and SS-B3000s for my surround backs - also picked up the matching Sony center channel and the SSW3000 sub - altogether, it sounds pretty spectacular for the $450 that I invested into all the speakers (granted, I did get most of them on closeout - retail cost for the whole setup is roughly $700) - overall, great speakers for the price.

The 6000's rock! I love them! Got a fantastic deal on them ! Excellent bass reproduction, great highs and mids too! Fantastic speakers for the price. I love them, everyone who hears my speakers loves them. IMHO they are the best speakers you can get in the price range. I paid $136 shipped for the pair.

I have them paired with the SSCN-5000 center and the speakers compliment each other very well! You will not be dissapointed with these floorstanders! Sony speakers are much better then people give them credit for!

I have the same setup for my fronts. For the price, you can't go wrong IMO, I have always supported Sony and again was very pleased with what I got. I also have 4 of their bookshelf speakers as my surrounds (BCN-1000??), and the 12" sub (WA3000 or something like that)

I ordered mine from bhphotovideo.com, better price than any B&M I could find, even with shipping. And the basic shipping got them to me in about 3 days.

if you don't mind me asking how much was your sub? thats the next thing for me to upgrade! I am very happy with sony and would consider getting the same sub that you have

Im soon gonna upgrade to these speakers. I have heard and for the price to me they sound awesome. These speakers are gonna be on my x-mas list, along with the center.

Price is the same on there as when I bought mine. $134.95 plus shipping. I am happy with it, I keep it at about 25% and it definitely does the job

Compare with shipping costs... I ordered through these guys and their standard shipping got to me in like 3 days. Definitely shop around a bit, but these guys were the cheapest when I bought all my
stuff earlier this year.

Searching on Yahoo shopping is how I found them. I know there are a few other places like them that have good prices too. I'm only recommending them cause I did have a good experience ordering through them

What a deal! These are the guys i got my 6000's from! Super fast shipping! Got them in 4 days if i remember correctly! Also vowed i would buy my gear from these guys! They have never let me down!

I have the SSF7000's. I know they are not high end speakers , but they do sound very good. In fact, I think they sound just fine. I have no plans to upgrade (Just so I can say I have a certain brand of speakers? To impress someone? Thats BS). These speakers sound fine. I will use the extra $$$ to buy more Blu's
