while i think that the "stars" have good intentions and are probably doing good things with all this "vote" stuff, it kind of gets annoying, especially for people who couldn't imagine not voting for the president and other representitives.

its been a little more toned down this time around, but still abnoxious. Diddy's "Vote or Die" campaign 4 years ago was just ridiculous.

not to go too far into politics, but yes it is. im so sick of all their BS. If I ever pulled the crap the people in washington pull at my job, id be fired.

i recently have changed my vote, its not going to a major canadate any longer. they talk this talk of how they are agents of change and are going to cut down on the pork and expose all these congressmen who attach this crap onto bills and the lobbyists who influence it.

and then what do they both do, vote for a bill with a bunch of pork attached to it. and you know what, i understand, its an economic crisis and they believe voting for the bill is better than not voting for it with the current state of things. but where is the outrage over people trying to take advantage of the current situation, by attaching their own personal greeds to such an urgent matter, where are either one of them screaming bloody murder and exposing these people in washington, like they say they are when they are on their campaign trails. neither one of them are doing it, thus neither one of them will get my vote.

im going to go to the polls on election day and my vote won't mean jack in the grand scheme of things, but at least i have the peace of mind of knowing that i tried to do something.

sorry for the rant, don't ban me. mankind will get what it deserves.

I was going to vote 3rd party, just to say I voted and not for one of the two evils. But now I am voting major party so I am actually voting against who I do not like...I am actually pretty scared about some things I have read though if it goes a certain way :/
