I'm sure his choice of what HD DVD to try to sell (initial release of Full Metal Jacket) was tied into the the "war" theme. It's ironic it is an example of Warner messing up 1080p that even the HD DVD folk complained about.

HD DVD lost. But, the affects of the war (like WarnerHD) have and will continue.

Wow, as a Vet, I was really sad for the HD-DVD guy. But then I realized that it's a stupid format and not a person, and that I was on the right side. Yay! I'm happy now.
