I can't seem to find anywhere if it's region free or not. I hope someone could give me an answer;

1. Is the Blu-Ray region free or locked?
2. Is there an English Subtitles? or just Italian
3. Will there be chances this movie will be release in US? after Kristen Stewart get famous from Twilight maybe? Is there a problem with the studio or anything that it can't be release in US?

This thread is 3 years old, but perhaps someone gave you some bad information back then? I included a copy of In the Land of Women Italian BD in a recent order from Amazon.es and I was surprised to see it is actually region free (well, at least region AB). The back cover says "available on HD DVD and Blu-ray", so perhaps since they released it simultaneously on HD DVD & BD they got away with making the BD region free? I tested it on my Samsung BDP2500 region A player that produces a blank screen whenever it encounters PAL video and it played fine. Italian and original English DTS HD Master Audio 5.1, with optional Italian subtitles for hearing impaired. Very nice quality and nicely inexpensive, on Amazon.es (Spain) anyway, around 9 euro.
