Philips? I love the TV. I'm a sucker for that Ambilight feature. Besides, I was broke back when I bought it for myself as a birthday present - $1500 for it was a steal back then! Besides, it does the job it needs to do just great.

Agreed. As long as you are happy with the TV you purchased, nothing else really matters.
