Default xbox 360 connected via vga what cable need for audio?

I connected vga to my tv from xbox as my onkyo sr605 doesnt have vga on it. So now i need that audio cable that connected to my xbox and goes to my onkyo reciever. What is that piece called?

Its not the red and white cables as i cant use them as there not long enough!

You want an Optical cable. Toslink.

No bro. Also i have vga and it looks like high def but there isnt a thing on the back of it that connect to the 360. i got the cable from mono as yesterday i destoryed the componenet while trying to split it.

Try contacting Monoprice to see if they can't get you a replacement cable. They have lifetime warantees.
