New Zealand & Australia travelling advice? - Blu-ray Forum

Hey guys,

I'm planning a 12-day trip to New Zealand or Australia next March. New Zealand is preferred currently because my wife had visited eastern Australia last year, but I've also heard that Heron Island is a great place!

What are the popular online hotel booking systems in New Zealand & Australia? Hopefully I can take advantage of the weak currencies in this region.

I'll be grateful for any advice & tips!

My company has facilities in Tuapo, center of New Zealand's North Island. All around the Lake are various spas and its really gorgeous. I've only ever been there in their Spring, but I bet its amazing about now. We made it down to Hawke's Bay for a day of wine tastings, HIGHLY recommended. I'm not a wine drinker, and I had a blast. We hired a driver to take us around the area and hit 5 wineries. I can tell you what places had some beautiful vistas, and which ones also had good wine.

What types of things are you interested in? bungy jumping? fishing? hiking? biking? sight seeing?
