Hi,
I have a Sony STR DG720 receiver hooked up to Polk RM6750 and noticed that when I put a movie on pause (or when there is no sound coming from movie), there is a continuous high pitched noise coming from my center and rear speakers. The fronts are connected to the subwoofer and do not have this noise. This leads me to believe that the subwoofer connected to the fronts are cancelling out this noise, and that the noise is created by the receiver (I could be wrong). Can someone help me with this? What is creating this and how do I solve it? Thanks in advance for your help! |
