Default GTA IV 1080p
I know this issue is getting a bit long in the tooth now but it still pi**es me off no end.

The only way, as you all probably know, of getting GTA IV to run in 1080p is to disable 720p and 1080i modes on the PS3.

Now, the GTA IV box clearly states 1080p as a supported resolution.
All other games which support 1080p will run at 1080p automatically.
I therefore consider it to be a bug.

There have a been a few updates to GTA IV now, and the 'bug' is still there.
I take it Rockstar don't consider it a bug - or they would have fixed it.

This is what gets on my nerves. Is it not actually up to the job? In which case why put 1080p on the box.

anyone know any more about it?
