Before anyone gets too excited, I must point out that this is obviously a faux trailer for a live action version of a Thundercats movie. But, man oh man! I actually don't think that I've seen a better trailer for ANY upcoming release in the last 5 years!

wow,thats pretty good of a trailer that is fake. If they make that into a movie, they need to get this guy to direct. TO be able to do that on your own, can you imagine what he could do with a real budget.

I guess I'm less generous, but seeing Brad Pitt as the faux Lion-O made me a bit nauseous (I just looked up Pitt on the IMDB and the only movie I've liked him in was Snatch). The use of Vin Diesel didn't make me much happier (though I have liked some of his movies).

I know they were just using people who had played appropriate roles to grab scenes from, but I'd hate to see either of them in a Thundercats movie (about as much as I'd hate to see Johnny Depp in the next Batman movie). In fact, I'm not really sure a live action Cats movie would work at all.

They really shouldn't have added so many scene's from other movies, and lines from other movies. It made it look stupid and fake, but the idea is really really fasinating. I really like the cast that they tried out in it though. It if this were to actualy be put into an actually movie and had those actores. Id go see it, I remeber the cartoons they came out. If they do I hope they don't add the other movies scene's and lines into it that will just freakin ruin it. but neat find though.

Now you see I disagree I thougth the fake cast was a pretty good thing. And I think people who are fans of the OLD school toons would like this I'm not really big into thundercats but I'd go see it in a heartbeat. I enjoy cartoons turned into real movies. To me it just shows how much an imagination that people can be. I stil wish they'd come out wiht a film of Captain planet. Remember he's our hero. Taken polution down to zero. LOL couldn't rsist

Was that character modelled after Darryl Hannah's look in 'Blade Runner?' They certainly do have a very similar look.

I wasn't sure if those forums would show the thread on the main page. And, this is definitely something that MANY people would like to see. If it does still show on the mainpage recent threads list, then by all means MODs, move it. Otherwise, I'd think that there are many people on this site that would miss this amazing little tidbit.
