I guess you could say im the "Home Theater Virgin"

Current Setup:
JVC RX-6000V
Samsung BD-P1500
Samsung LN-T3242H
PS3
HTPC custom built
2 Book shelf speakers (from old boom box)

Ok, Ive had this receiver for some time. Ive pieced together my own setup back when i was a freshman in high school. Sold it all wasnt gettin any use.

I started back up, kinda, when I got my PS3 about a year ago, found my receiver and some old speakers. Im not looking for cheap In-The-Box setup, Onkyo seem to be the brand to buy theses days. I will keep looking into the 605/606 receiver. I want something with a lot of HDMI. 7.1 is preferred but 5.1 Is great. Ive heard a lot of great review about PolkAudio. I plan on upgrading to a 1080p Plasma also. I watch a lot of movie, play games and football!

Now what Im torn in doing is Upgrading my old receiver or speakers?
Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.

Also... this one kind of goes to the people with HTPC, can the onkyo 606 be hooked up to the pc? im only using the asus soundcard that came with the motherboard.
