Question How do u calibrate your tv?

I have a Westinghouse 1080p 42inch tv i know its not the best but its what i have. It has a Calibration setting and i see on the form its talked about can some please tell me where to find the proper setting i have a 60 gb ps3 with a lot of blus but i think i can get more out of it Thanx N E 1
