Sweet, maybe enough footage will be released before long that I can make my own watchmen before the fox-wb thing gets settled.

I also hope they dont dumb down the dialog to make it "easier" for a bigger audience.

I just hope that it doesnt disgrace the book, because the trailer looks SO good.

I don't think that will happen. A lot of scenes that they showed so far are pretty much taken from the book, along with the dialog. Plus Zack knows what's at stake here... don't pi** off the hardcore fans!

The only thing I am worried about is that they cut it down too much for the theatrical release instead of leaving the original length of what... 2hrs40?

I had not seen the trailer until after reading the book (did that on purpose) and I thought the trailer looked fantastic, the characters look great and looks right out of the book. But I heard they have cut a lot out of the movie, and that sucks too

But the original cut has been promised on blu-ray.

I can't watch this at work, does it have the music? I saw the early trailer that had the Smashing Pumpkins song. I guess you can get the songs on itunes.

"The Beginning is the End is the Beginning" is a B-side of the CD single for "The End is the Beginning is the End" from the Batman & Robin Soundtrack, 1997. Maybe the only good thing to come from that movie, IF you like the Smashing Pumpkins, I know they aren't for everyone.

I'm looking forward to this movie.....whenever it comes out.

After viewing that featurette, Watchmen will be amazing and it looks like the excatly like the novel in terms of style. If Fox delays it, there's going to be some trouble

Just watched it, and I can safely say that it looks to be on point with the novel...and I will be so upset if it does nto come out next year...over some ****ing money. Its no longer about US
