Bad experience on Amazon with a seller - Blu-ray Forum

Avoid seller cdwarehouse225. I have been waiting for a BD or over 4 weeks. I sent 6 email with no response, and finally had to file a complaint, and refund request from Amazon. I had good service from this guy once before so this is sad really.

not sure what the purpose of the thread was for, as it seems youve already done everything you were supposed to do and are getting the problem taken care of

there are the occasional bad sellers on amazon, it sucks. i bought superman bluray used from someone and when i got it not only was the disc not in there, the seller had printed out a faux cover and stuck it in a damaged bluray case. but amazon has your back, and you'll get your money back soon, just be sure to give the seller a crappy rating

It was as much a rant, as a warning to anyone else who may want to buy from this seller. You still can if you want, but I know I appreciate a heads up when someone does something like this. And Yes Amazon has my back so Kudos to them.

What if the guy got hit by a car on his way to deliver your package? Wouldn't YOU feel bad?

That seller is most likely part of the CD Warehouse retail chain. Each of them operate independently, so do not judge them all based on the reputation of one.
