Worst "Resident Evil" Film - Blu-ray Forum

Vote and tote your choices below. For me, although I find all three to be almost on equal terms in their painstaking-awfulness I have to give a slight edge to the second.

On a side note, to check out what could have been made if it would have ever moved forward, click here to read the godfather of the sub-genre's, George A. Romero, first draft of his take on a "Resident Evil" movie.

I loved all 3 but Apocalypse was the weaker of the 3

I thought the first one was ok then they kept getting worse as each was released. So my vote goes to Extinction.

I will say the first one just cause I can't stand michelle rodriguez. Ok evey movie u have to play a tough chick. Cool

lol you noticed that too huh? I thinkshe does that becasue she knows she can't really act real good. I f you can't "act" do something else that acts like your acting. (did that make cents)

I thought that the original was decent, but the second one was terrible. I haven't braved the third one yet, fearing it will be like the second.

I only saw the first one and found it disturbingly disgusting. Easily the worst film I've ever seen in my life.

None. I have and like 'em all! Heard the new animated one isn't great but I have it qued up, I'll be the judge

Extinction was easily the worst. There was pretty much no action and the plot is awful. The first one was the best at creating the tension that the games create. I really want a movie based off of RE4, it would be a great horror movie.

I thought the first one was actually really good for a sci-fi/horror. The second one was god awful and just corny, and I didnt even bother with the 3rd.

Apocalypse is the only one that feels remotely like the games. Never got how people were against it o.o.

Number one is alright. Anyone who thinks it's something more than "every zombie movie ever made with the title resident evil" is mistaken.
