Default Question about regions.
See I wanna buy a movie here, but the guy selling the movie said it's not region "A", he says it's region "B".....

The question I have is not about my player being able to reproduce because of the player region, my question is, if my player IS able to reproduce, will I have problem with television system? Like being NTSC and the movie being PAL? And will it run at lower frame rate than normally in a NTSC movie? Those are my questions.

Somebody help me please, I'm not experienced with this.
