Nice setup. Just one question, why is the plug all the way over on the right of the tv?

That's weird. Wonder why the plugs are up that high on the wall?

Where are you from again?

Holland .

In the whole house they are on the same height, I think it's safety thing for children.

Ah, interesting. Does not make things really appealing does it?

The children will only shock themselves once

No is really a bad place, but these are since '75 so I think then it was normal this way.

I have seen houses where they are in a normal place.

Haha yeah but that one shock can also be a last one , my 6 year old boy knows how to use a plug but there are children that will try the stranges things with a plug.

The previous owners of the house were 10 feet tall.

I'm not sure your new rear surround to make it a 7.1 is very good placement. I could be wrong, it's just that they shouldn't be on the same wall. If you could bring your side surrounds out and aim themtowards the listening area, then that would be much much better.

Actually I should change how I said that, your rear surrounds are fine, just move the sides to the outside of your couch and futher away from the wall.

I am waiting for 2 speakers and then I am able to test this set up, so put my front speakers on the wall .

My room is small and right now I connected the speakers on the wall as back surround and the speakers on the left and right as side surround and ofcourse aimed them to the center of couch.

It looks awesome in my eyes, I hope I will not be disappointed .

yeah.... I'm not sure about your speaker placement either..... since the surrounds on the ceiling appear to be bi-pole/di-poles, I'd try to put those on the sides of the sofa on stands, and put the others on the rear wall, and move the sofa up a few feet.
