The Matrix Trilogy available separately. - Blu-ray Forum

I've seen this in stores here. Priced at RM145, it is not cheap if you want the complete trilogy. But if you want ONLY one of them, it's a better use of your money (though not by much). They are BDs, encased in slim BD cases with individual covers just like the original DVD releases.

Has anybody else seen them in their country?

French & Korean versions of Matrix are released seperately, I believe.

I read somewhere they are planning a 10th Anniversary Edition of the first film for (at least) the USA...I don't really need the other two until they are damn cheap.

Play.com in the UK have them up for pre order seperatly.

They have them in Taiwan too. I bought the 1st one, the only one I want.
