Default Who chooses subtitles/where Bluray discs will be released?

I am writing this question in the hopes that someone other than SONY Pictures begins releasing Korean-subtitled versions of their blu-ray discs in Korea.

I just counted, and including up-and-coming versions, we now have a total of 21 Sony Pictures blu-ray discs available here.

For now, no company other than Sony seems to have any blu-ray releases with Korean subtitles. I was wondering if anyone knows who/where I can contact studios to beg them to release their current blu-ray movies in Korea with Korean subtitles (or at least include them on future releases sold elsewhere).

I know that subs are available from so many current standard DVDs of many studios -- how hard can it be to add them to a blu-ray disk?

I don't know who you can contact but I had a similar question. After all the post replied, it turns out that soon you will be able to download subtitles. I hope the hurry up.

I've heard of that, too. Wondering how that could work if someone didn't own a PS3.
