Default Colour Format?

Ok, so on the dvd player u can choose RGB, and some various other ones, I'm not at home now so cant remember what they are... but which ones best?

Is this in regard to the colorspace setting on the PS3? The correct setting for proper dvd playback is RGB Limited while the best videogame setting is RGB Full.

...the "correct" setting is also dependent on the television or monitor. Not all can handle RGB Full.

To be safe, just use "Auto"

You are correct of course but the settings I listed will be the right ones for over 85% of the displays out there. Few displays are expecting a full-range RGB signal, at least for non-computer displays.
