Default Need Your Upgrading Opinions Please!

Well...after having the Polk RM6750 for a few months, I've finally decided to upgrade them to something bigger and better I've searched online and came across a another forum and someone suggested "Fluance." When I checked out the website, I came across this:

http://www.fluance.com/fluanceavhtb.html

I've never heard of this brand before and not sure if this is a good choice since it's incredibly cheap. Please let me know if this is a wise choice to go with my Harmon Kardon AVR254 or not. If so, I will be ordering today Thanks!

I don't see how you'd really be upgrading. I would probably never go with Fluance for anything. I prefer a better built product that is reliable. Why don't you just start small. Go upgrade your center, your fronts(x2), your sub (A2-300), and your surrounds.

I agree with DriverKing .
Go just fronts then go to the next Speaker or set of speakers.
Patients is the key for any audio Head trying to put a system together.

May i suggest don't jump on the 200 bucks all speakers included crap.Take your time. There alot of good speakers around

I like these,
There in my area,Ontario and you can find them cheaper if you hunt. But this is just my suggestion and a recommendation

if you want to up grade.I find this company always gives you your moneys worth in more

use your current polks as your surrounds, and just get new fronts/center/sub.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I will go with what driver was saying. Gotta upgrade a piece at a time. I plan to get the Polk Monitor 50 for the fronts and just use what I have (RM6750) as my surrounds. As far as center goes, the one that Driver suggested will be too high and block some views on the TV screen, you can can see what I'm talking about if you look at my HT pics. I remember seeing someone else here that has a center that is slim and seems like a good choice but can't remember the name. Does any centers come to mind to you guys? The only place I can place my center is in front of the TV on the TV stand where my current center is at. I think the C10 might be too big and block the TV screen.

You can either make a stand, measure it out, put it above the TV, get a whole new unit, go without a center, or sit the TV on top of the center. A CS2 is your best bet for a center, unless you find that the CS1 is a better fit dimensionally. The CS10 and CS20 centers are roughly the same size and may be better choices but at a higher cost. In any case, it's best to voice-match your front soundstage.

Well, I came across these on the Fry's ad:

http://shop4.frys.com/product/580261...H:MAIN_RSLT_PG

Slightly cheaper than the Polk Monitor 50. Would anyone suggest going with the JBL's instead?

Ok, I went to Fry's and got the speakers JBL speakers stated above. Now that's left is center to match with them. Now, do I have to upgrade my sub by JBL as well or can it be any? I'll upload pics later. Hope the JBL speakers was a good choice since the guys at Fry's told me the Monitor 50's are almost the same as the ones I got.
