PowerDVD 8 Ultra and Dark Knight Problem

Does anyone have a problem with PowerDVD 8 Ultra shutting down when it starts playing a Blu-ray? I don't normally have problems but when I try to load The Dark Knight it shuts down after Aero is disabled, right when the disc starts playing. I am using Vista 64-bit.

I tried disabling the Aero-off feature in the registry as my computer is powerful enough to run with Aero on. It worked, but it still shuts down. Sometimes I can get it to work if I restart the computer, or if I switch to the 32-bit Vista. I've always been able to play The Dark Knight with no problems, it's so random that it won't work.
