Default Where can I find settings for my HDTV?

I know how to adjust my t.v. settings and all that, but I just wanted to know what was the best setting. I have seen a website before that posted what each setting should be at for best picture quality. If anyone knows this website or another one like it let me know. I have a JVC 61" DLP HDTC HD-61G787. A listing on any DLP JVC would be fine because they are all relatively simailar.

Just Google your TV. I'm sure someone with that TV has his optimal settings displayed on some site.

I've done that and searched through pages and pages. A lot harder to find then you think! I found the site randomly when I was looking for a HDTV. Now that I have one I can't find the address. Should have kept it.

Eve6, your TV is not DLP! Its display tech. is HD-ILA, which is JVC's pet-name for LCoS (Sony calls this SXRD). When searching, this might throw off your search. Ultimate AV mag had some decent settings I used as a starting point. Sound & Vision Magazine might also have something.

Like I said, if you're doing a search and you type in DLP, you might get some incorrect links. Try typing in the make, size, and model number, w/out the display technology.

I will just put in the model # usually. Might add JVC sometimes and picture settings or something of that nature. Usually just the model #.
