I noticed my brother in-law had a pair of Jamo towers and i had never heard of them, so I searched amazon and saw alot of them. Does anyone have these or know much about them?

Here's a review of Jamo speakers. I don't know if they are the ones you're talking about.

Yep, Klipsch bought API (Canadian) speaker company in 2006, who also makes Energy, Mirage, and Athena. Kind of ironic that a company known for making harsh, bright sounding horn speakers buys one known for manufacturing warm, sweet sounding speakers. Hopefully API will continue to make their products without Klipsch compromising Energy's, Mirage's, and Jamo's superb sounding speakers, some of the best on the market. I just hope the day when those speakers starting coming out with horn drivers never comes.

Hopefully Klipsch does not do what they did to Mondial Designs (which they purchased), the makers of Aragon Audio components (as well as Accurus) that made Aragon Amps, preamps, etc. They did not support or advertise them well enough and retired the company at the end of 2006 after 20 years in the business.

Weird...

I just walked into a Home Theater store not more than a week ago, and the speakers they were selling were Jamos. All the information I got from the brochures said they were Danish. They look pretty good, but they cost about $1,200+ for a pair of towers. Didn't get a chance to listen to them.

But ya, I had never heard of them before that.

I had a pair of Jamo powers a few years back. I think the model # was 350? They were kinda cool. The woofers were in thier own little enclosure mounted to the cabinet with rubber suspention mounts, that allowed for the port that was around the woofer and the cabinet. They sounded good but the surrounds only lasted for about 2 years before failing. I had them reconed twice and gave it up Lol.
