Dirty Dancing - Blu-ray Forum

The disc won't play in my Samsung BD-P1000 (US). The only thing I get is first the usual dots for the player loading the disc and then cogwheels with the word "Loading" which apparantly comes from the disc. After one minute or so it says "Stop". On the player's monitor the word "Slideshow" is running and the player not accepting any commands except "Eject" and "Play", the latter resulting in a repition of the procedure.

Anybody else experienced the problem?

try the newest firmware. i seem to remember people having an issue similar to this on crank(?)

I'm having the identical problem. I have loaded the latest firmware update but no joy. Forgive my "newbieness" but what and where is "sammy's" website?
