Not new, but single forms? - Blu-ray Forum

Im not new here, but i wanna know how to have a single posts where i can have a link in my sig showing the games i own, i saw some othere members have this and i just wannt know how or where single forms are?

click on the # of the post at the top corner of it, ie the #1 of your post here

copy the thread and add
