Foreign Film release date questions

Alright, I joined the site specifically in hopes someone could help me find the release dates for the following three films.

The Band's Visit- I adore this film. For me, it comes as close as possible to the 'perfect' film. I know it was supposed to be released the same day as the DVD and inevitably got delayed. Should I just suck it up and finally buy the DVD knowing the blu-ray will probably never come out?

Un Conte de Noel (A Christmas Tale)- Again, a movie I simply adored. I know the blu-ray was released in France, but does anyone know if/when a US release will happen? The lack of English subtitles prevents me from ordering it off of amazon France.

Waltz With Bashir- A stunning film that I know should come out sometime in 2009, but figured I'd ask as well to see if anyone new what quarter to expect it in.
