I assume you read the Dark Tower series, but what about The Talisman and Black House?

A friend of mine read Desperation and I saw the made for TV movie. Good story, but listen close...READ THE DARK TOWER RIGHT NOW!!! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I've read a lot of books and it is by far my favorite series. Ask Roland1919, he'll set you straight.

Yeah, Desperation and The Regulators are good companions, like The Talisman and Black House.

I think the Gunslinger born is a graphic novel. See if you can buy a set where they package all the paperbacks together, thats what I did. Be warned that The Gunslinger is a good enough book, but the story really starts rolling in book 2.
