It's not getting a Blu-Ray release. And it's the new cartoon.

And there was no 70's or 80's X-Men cartoon. The one you may remember is 90's.
And it is also coming out on DVD this month. April 28th the first two volumes hit.

I dont really understand what's going on in this thread, but if it's the Wolverine and the X-Men that's airing on TB now, count me in! Cool show, and should make for some great Blu visuals.

I'd hope we'd get season sets though.

I had that on vhs when it came out. I liked it, and all the x-men animation except for evolution.

Hope this does get a blu.

I liked that one a lot too. IMO the ones in the 90s were the ones that sucked.

I started watching this new series and it's actually pretty good

Oh, here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAKEImjGzu8

(And btw, it never aired, the one DTV-salvaged pilot for an unsold Hasbro series during the "Transformers" era is all we get, and it suffers from Hasbro's insistence that ALL the marketable characters appear in the 20-minute pilot...
On the plus side, at least we get Emma Frost, and the "classic" 80's Errol-Flynn version of Nightcrawler, which the 90's series never got--But bring on the 90's disks anyway! )

I wouldn't really count that. It was an unreleased pilot.
