New car audio system.

Well i decided to invest some of my tax return into my truck audio system. I have a 05 silverado ext cab and just purchased this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001ANZCMW along with the ipod adpater and will need to spend another 150 or so for gm adapters since i have the bose setup.

Was wondering on some advice for a sub and mono amp setup, most likely i will keep the doors original since my funds are limited atm and switch them out at a later time when i can also afford to dynomat them. I found a decent website that sell custom fit boxes which im going to get a single down firing 10" box, so im willing to spend a decent amount for a quality sub and amp to drive it, just been out of the car audio scene for years so i have no clue what to get.
