my mom cannot figer out the what is the diffrence bettween her DSL account & her Email account. She thinks that if she dropped her pay email account she will loss the internet access. & it gets worse Like her computer would not turn ON one day & she tryed & tryed to turn it on for like 30 mins, the computer was Not pluged in the whole time. Her spearkers where not working, she did not know they needed to be pluged in. It gets worse.

in my office someone is convinced that norton causes all of our problems. i'll be talking about a problem i'm working on and she pops in with a "how did that happen? did norton cause it?"... of course i'm working on a problem with a hard drive crashing... or something else that disconnected

the funniest part, we don't even have norton. i kicked that crap to the curb when i started working here
