Default Any Word on ANYTHING Dave Chappelle

This guy has so much yet so little work that needs to be transfered to Blu-ray ASAP....is there any word on anything this man has put out to come out on Blu-ray
Specifically Half Baked, Chappelle's Show, Block Party (Amazing music on blu anyone?), Robin Hood Men in Tights, Blue Streak, any of his stand-ups or James Lipton interviews....ANYTHING

I just need me some Half Baked on Blu ray...can anyone shed some light on any news concerning his work and blu-ray?

Conair is out on Blu Ray. Dvae Chappelle had a memorable role in that movie. If you have not seen it, it is a great flick.

Chappelle's Show was not shot in HD. Why bother putting it on blu-ray?

Hey dummy - since his TV show was shot in standard definition - there's no real point in putting it on blu-ray since it can NEVER be in high definition.

Why don't you learn a thing or two about hi-def video and how film transfers works before you tell others to do their homework.

35mm films have a greater resolution that 1080p hi-def video.

Putting standard-def 480 material on a high def format is kinda pointless.

The parts shot on "film" (which you are actually confusing with high quality digital video) were transferred immediately to the NTSC video master that was used for the show's broadcast.

The show itself exists now only as a 480 NTSC video master.

Again, it would be pretty unnecessary to put a standard definition show on an HD format.

unless i wanted 2 seasons, the "Lost Episode" crap which they put into a third season, extras, commentary, and new material on like 2 or 3 discs then yea it would be totally necessary to put on blu :|

"Yo, I'm Cuban, B!"

So many great moments. Has the added bonus of Butternuts dying in front of the now defunct Sam's in Toronto.

Not sure if I'd buy it on Blu though. I would probably pop for Pootie Tang first - more action. "Sa da tay!" (sorry to highjack - don't get to say "Sa da tay" enough)
