Amazon.com Blu-Ray Purchases - Very Odd Issue!!!

Ok, I am not going to call Amazon incase this is a fluke and I am benefiting for some weird reason, but here is the issue.

Every Blu-Ray order I have placed - I have received a credit on the purchase. Is it me or is it an Amazon Blu-Ray thing? I just want to know if I should be excited or not. Lol. At least I just want to know what the hell is going on.

See attachment. That was for Nip/Tuck Season 4 Pre-Order on Blu. I basically get next day shipping FREE and then some $ off the movie itself - with the discount that is applied. They call it a "Promotional Certificate", yet I enter nothing to get it.

I just got prime too, but it was doing this before prime.

I also get this discount, no idea where it came from but I am not complaining, all of my blu-ray have been bought and will be bought from amazon due to this discount.

Ok, it all makes sense now. I did purchase a Panasonic LCD HDTV during Christmas last year and according to the terms, it qualifies me.
