Amazon shipping problem!

I went to Amazon's website and tracked my package and it says status "Delivered" at destination and "Arrived" and the post Office at the same time,very strange indeed,lt;s just say no package in my hand(I have my goodies delivered to my uncle's house because my two nephews (5 and 8) have the tendancy to open my mail) but there sayiing it was delivered and I check w/ my uncle an no package,I contacted Amazon and they told me to wait a few days,but's saying Delivered,Is there a chance the tracking info could be wrong? Like I said saying Delivered and Arrived at Post Office at 10:37 Apr. 17th is quite strange,it's hard to be at two different places at the same time! Hopefully someone can help me out that''s had the same issue!

Its rare, but sometimes the UPS tracking is not accurate as its happened to me a few times in the past as well. I recommend following what Amazon suggested and wait a few days.

Contact Amazon, and they will take care of the problem. Use-email,and explain how disappointed you are with their service. Their CSR are very inconsistent with the solutions they offer.

I'll do what Amazon said and wait a few more days,I'm sure everything WILL be okay,I've just never had a shipping prob. w/ them,My uncles letter carrier is alway's reliable(unless it was sub that didnt know what he or she was doing)!

this happened to me. It came in the next day or 2. I think the post office might mess up and instead of receiving it at their location TO BE delivered they mark it AS delivered.

But everything has always gotten it's way here.

to make sure I personaly have spoken to my UPS and USPS delivers and told them not to leave any packages at my door if I am not home. To either come back or leave it at my apt mgr main office.

I dont like the idea of pacakges being left sitting outside.

I ordered the Star Trek Trilogy last Sunday from Amazon with the Free Super Saver Shipping and I've still yet to recieve my item,this is redicuilous,I mean the warehouse they ship from is a county away from where I live,I think the item is stuck or lost somwhere,because Amazon sent a email saying your item has been shipped on Wed,and it's Saturday and no item(I've check where it says track you package,and it's stuck in the same place and now there's a chance i might not get the item I payed for,money down the drain!) I use the Free Shipping option and get my items within a few days not within a week,Amazon is usually better than this,I;ve been a faithful customer for over 5 years! And another thing,I ordered BOTH Jailhouse Rock and Viva Las Vegas when they dropped to 12.99 and were BOTH in stock,and there shipping them seperately Viva Las Vegas now but not Jailhouse Rock,i put my order in when the both said in stock,confusing! Why not just ship them together???

I didn't think you could track on free shipping Did your mail even come yet, it is still early. Give it another day or 2. Oh and don't blame Amazon, it would be the USPS fault if it is lost. Even if it is Amazon will replace it if you call them.

That's why you guys should sign up for Prime. 2 day shipping and UPS tracking are well worth it.
