Default High Definition Personal Video Recorder to Blu-Ray

I'm certainly no expert and I've tried to find the answer myself but I couldn't. Is there a way to use a HD-PVR terminal (which costs $599 with Rogers and can store up to 20 hours of HD) and then transfer all the HD recordings to blu-ray discs?

Thanks. I guess I'll have to wait for a blu-ray recorder.

Possibly. The Firewire port is active on the 3250HD and 8300HD boxes now. There are people transfering to PCs.

I've had some success with transfering to DVHS. But, there are breakups (I believe in the Firewire output of the Rogers' box) that messes things up.
