Help New LG blu-ray on comp no work

Here I go the usual lost in the woods new blu-ray owner. Advisors updates downloads and all research I can find says it should work but no. Specs-AMD 64x2 2.53ghz, 4GB ram, 8800GT Twin DVI output ports, LG GBC-H20L SATA. Vista Ult Svc Pk 1 & latest from Windows using their ck of my computer. Latest NVidea 8800 drivers Version 182.50 Version 7.15.11.8250 . Latest MSI drivers-MSI MS-7390 1.0. 160 Western HD ~100GB free. PWR DVD disc w5-6 files came with LG. BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. V1.1 03/26/2008. BelArc read forward/backward 10 times. Only thing I can spot may be HDCP (Digital "without HDCP" RED CHECK MARK) on CyberLink Advisor but i read somewhere this should not be issue on my comp. DVI cable used to HW191D monitor. Other LiteOn std DVD/cd in comp works fine. LG spins blue lights flash Says BD disc in drive (in "COMPUTER" Window), will attempt to read a lot of disc for 20min then say something like "failed". Easy on me I'm not to comp savy but I keep trying. cbx1170. Any help greatly appreciated! Now trying to start "load" process of Win XP just to verify its reading disc and the problem is "Playing" only. Separate issues maybe.
