Alienware Hangar18 - Blu-ray Forum

I didnt know exactly where to go for this, but i was wondering if alienwares Hangar18 (link below) is any good? Also does anyone have a clue if its used as a computer as well to surf the web/look up how badly blu-ray is demolishing HD-dvd lately?

IMO Alienware computers are crap, they are very problematic and are WAY OVERPRICED for the components that they include. A friend of mine went through three Alienware laptops and about 10 returns for warranty work before he learned his lesson.
