My LX70A player is displaying drive error and is not responding to open or close drive command after I inserted a copied DVD in the player. I am unable to remove the DVD. I am new to this forum and its my first posting. Please help.

Try unplugging the power cord for 15 seconds and then plugging it back in, this will reset the player. If the disc still does not eject then you will need to get it repaired at a authorized repair center.

I tried unplugging but it didn't work. I guess I will have to take it to service center. Thanks.
