PS3 Demo Question - Blu-ray Forum

Can a put a Demo on a flash drive and take it to a friend house and install it on his PS3?

Demos are free. Unless he has a REALLY slow internet connection just download it on his. You also have to install it and once it downloads and before and while you install it I believe it becomes locked on your system.

I would say just bring your account info (or memorize it) to your friend's house, create a profile on his machine with your info (don't let him see this and DELETE this profile before you leave) and not one but all your demos AND downloaded games will be there. I think this would be the simplest way.

the reason i asked he dont have his ps3 hooked up to the internet, and i was think of a way to bring the ufc demo to his ps3

Well then I think your out of luck. I think you have to be on the internet to bring up/ set up your profile and, as I said, I think demos are locked to your system after you download them.
