Has anybody heard any recent news about this. We were told last summer that it would be coming out sometime in 2009, but then it seemed to be forgotten about. It's been almost a year since that news and I was just wondering if there is any kind of update.

I've heard nothing new, but I think I recall Landis said he might include a deleted scene that had preview audiences in shock and near hysterics:

It's probably just delayed til Halloween. I believe I read that elsewhere.

I releases in the UK on Oct 3. So I would guess the US will be either right around the same time.

I hope its soon!!! Its out of print even on DVD. I want this one bad!!
