Does anybody knows the release date of Ben-Hur?

There is no word of a release yet, that I'm aware of..... in this country, or any other region

George Feltenstein talks about it here. I think it's either a 2010 or 2011 release. It needs to be restored all over again, because there's new technologies available.

It's a shame if BEN-HUR doesn't make it out this year as I believe it's the film's 50th anniversary. Despite that when it wasn't announced for Easter, I figured due to marketing it would come out another year.

Ben Hur is, IMHO, the second best movie ever made. Lawrence of Arabia being at the top of my list. I do hope Ben Hur becomes available on Blu very soon. The story, the acting, the chariot race, wow, what a great movie. It is indeed, a tale of the Christ.

Saludos amigos latinos, quisiera preguntarles a los productores del Bluray Edicion Especial de BEN HUR porque no tiene el audio latino y español, tan solo tiene el audio portugues, igual paso con THE ROBE (La Tunica Sagrada), para su informacion somos 330 millones de latinoamericanos.
