Crack mentioned it in his post, but you do understand this is for plasma only, right? No need to do this for LCD.

I was told that if you were going to get your tv calibrated though...for an lcd you need to wait 150+ hours. For plasmas it is around 200 hrs. The breakin dvd is a good idea for plasmas.

thanks, so that means u keep the tv on with the break in dvd going for 200 hours straight?

ok and then once its broken in, can i wait to get it calibrated, or are you supposed to do that right after

and how does the dvd keep running for that long without having to restart it? is that possible?
