And it's cheap! $23 from JB Hi-fi. I'm curious to see if it has the same transfer/features as the US disc.

Has anyone bought the Aussie version of Big Trouble in Little China yet?

I was wondering whether Australia got a clone of the US disc or the Continental European disc?

The US release includes the original English Stereo track and an Isolated Score in lossless DTS HD MA (24bit/48khz). The Continental European release has no English stereo and the Isolated Score is in standard DTS only.

I haven't been able to find any solid info on the Aussie release. The best I've come up with is listings on various Aussie retail sites that mention a similar set of languages and subtitles to what's on the US disc.

They all list the languages available in a weird, nonsensical way though. According to these Aussie sites the disc contains: French Dolby Digital 5.1 DTS, Russian Dolby Digital 5.1 DTS and English Dolby Digital 5.1 DTS (amongst others).

Yes, that's right: Dolby Digital 5.1 DTS. Apparently Dolby and DTS fell in love and had kids.

Anyhoo, I'd be grateful if someone with the Aussie disc could confirm the content. Particularly whether an English Stereo track and an isolated score in DTS HD MA track are included?

Also does the Aussie version have a UK BBFC ratings symbol as well as the OFLC one, on the actual disc?

Perhaps someone can post some high res pix of their Aussie disc and case (front and back)?

Ok peeps! Confirmed on the DTV Australia Forum that the jammy Aussies got the better specced US version with the original English Stereo/Surround track and the Isolated score track in glorious DTS HD MA!!

Just got this, but cant confirm the region coding as I only have a Region B machine. Same specs as US edition (US has original 2.0 Surround track too).
