Do you use Dialog Enhancer?

I have the Panasonic BD30 and I find myself switching the Dialog Enhancer on/off depending how well I can hear the conversations or if i feel the sound isnt that good. I wish i didnt have to switch it all the time, but it may be because i dont have the surround set up correctly? Does anyone else use the Dialog Enhancer for all the movies or do you switch it on/off at times as well?

what about the surround 1 or 2 ? Should i even be using these features?

sorry im a little new-

I have the The Panasonic DMP-BD605K and it has the below sound features

96kHz Surround Re-Master (for all formats)
Advanced Surround (V.S.S.)
Night Surround Mode
Dialogue Enhancer

So when Im watching blu rays i dont know what sound feature to use or to just leave turned off, right now i have the Advanced Surround feature on to Virtual Sound 1...

Does this make sense?

Depends on the rest of your equipment, but virtual sound adds extra processing to the audio, and most of us prefer to leave it as-is. I personally would have all of that off. It depends on if you're using tv speakers and whatnot, though.
